Aesthetics & Spa platform
A two-module, cloud-native system for aesthetics clinics and spas: a back-office dashboard for staff and a patient app for booking and referrals.
Purpose
Replace paper scheduling, spreadsheet inventory and informal referral tracking with one digital platform. Both modules share a single Supabase project: PostgreSQL storage, real-time updates, authentication and file storage.
Module A: back-office administration
- Secure web dashboard for clinic staff.

Module B: patient portal
- Cross-platform mobile and web app.
- Self-service booking and profile.
- Referral management with QR codes.
- Read-only access to medical history.
Delivery phases
- Core booking: admin calendar, basic patient app, manual inventory.
- Automation: automatic inventory decrement, QR code generation, referral tracking.
- Engagement: push notifications for appointment reminders and automated “time for your next facial” prompts.
- Built as a generic product: easy to adapt to any clinic or spa.
