We use the information you send us only to answer you and to scope your project. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. This policy explains what we collect on rchcreativesolutions.com (the "Site"), why, who sees it, and your choices.
1. Who we are
R&CH Creative Solutions, LLC, doing business as R&CH Creative Solutions ("R&CH", "we", "us"), is a software development studio based in Florida, USA. Mailing address: 7275 W 24th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33016, USA. Privacy contact: privacy@rchcreativesolutions.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), project category and your message.
- Project Discovery questionnaire: your answers about your project (for example type of system, tools you use, timeline and budget range), your name and email address, your company (optional) and any notes you add.
- Emails and calls with us: whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use them to keep the Site secure and working. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on the Site.
Please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health records through the forms. We do not need them to start a conversation.

We will email you about your inquiry. We will send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.
4. Who receives it
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our inbox: hosting (Hostinger International Ltd.) and email (Hostinger). They may process data only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality duties.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We would tell you and the policy would continue to apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 30 days after our last communication, then delete them. If we sign a contract with you, we keep the records the contract and the law require (for example tax and accounting records) for as long as they require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Write to privacy@rchcreativesolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time applicable law requires, generally within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right.
Residents of US states with privacy laws may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do neither.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Our legal bases are your request to take steps before a contract (replying to your inquiry), our legitimate interests in running and securing a business website, and your consent where we ask for it. You may object to processing, restrict it, request portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States, which may not offer the same protection as your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. If a change is significant we will say so on the Site.
