Purpose
Replace spreadsheets, photos of receipts and loose notes with a single source of truth that answers three questions: how much have I collected, how much have I spent, and how much did I make on each job?
Scope
- Dashboard with project, client and finance KPIs.
- Client and project management (the core feature).
- Per-project accounting: expenses, client payments and live profit.
- Company expenses not tied to a project.
- Filtered reports with CSV and PDF export.
- Responsive interface in English and Spanish.
