A modular platform for tax preparation offices: each tool removes one operational bottleneck, and all share one login, client database and document storage. Built as a product that adapts to any tax office.
Purpose
Improve service quality, cut manual paperwork and save employee time. Every tool solves a specific problem (client intake, document generation, visit logging) on a common foundation of authentication, client records, notifications and storage.
What it does
- Secure, shareable forms that clients fill in themselves (for example, company creation requests), replacing manual data entry and back-and-forth emails and calls.
- Ready-to-file documents (IRS correspondence, letters, requests) generated from structured data and templates.
- A searchable log of client visits and services, tied to one central client record.
- Per-client secure storage for documents such as IDs, EINs and prior filings.
- Real-time notifications to employees when a client completes an action.
- A manager dashboard with workload, pending requests and turnaround times.
- Built as a generic product: easy to adapt to any tax office.
